Eating healthier, feeling better – Katrina's story

After wanting to improve her diet and overall nutrition, Katrina joined the One You Kensington and Chelsea Eat Well programme. She was motived to make positive dietary change and were looking for support to help them build healthier habits that would benefit both their health and wellbeing.

“I wanted to start eating healthier and make positive changes to my diet to improve my overall nutrition.”

The One You Kensington and Chelsea Eat Well programme supports residents to develop eating habits through personalised coaching, practical advice, and ongoing encouragement. Health & Wellbeing Coaches work with participants to set achievable goals and make sustainable changes that improve their health and wellbeing.

“I hoped to put into practice what I was learning during the sessions and follow the guidance and advice provide by my Health & Wellbeing Coach. I planned my goals by listening carefully to the instructions and applying the tips provided, which helped me stay focused on my health and wellbeing journey.”

“I have started eating healthier overall, which has had a positive impact on both my health and my family's wellbeing. I have noticed improvements because of these changes. I am very happy with the progress I have made and have really benefited from the support and encouragement provided through the programme. My next steps are to continue maintain these positive changes and keep applying the tips and guidance I have received to support my ongoing health and wellbeing.”
