Walking Groups

Our Health Coaches are looking forward to taking people out on guided walks around the two boroughs!

Our walks are in large open space areas with flat ground. We have two different types of walks available range from 3.5 km up to 5km. Your Health Coach will help you decide which one to try at the start.

The walks are held all around Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster and are a great way to meet new people in your local area whilst getting active.

Types of Walks

  • Easy walks

    A simple, stress-free walk designed for those looking to be more active, with no steep climbs or challenging, uneven surfaces. Available in Kensington and Chelsea.

  • Easy to moderate walks

    A walk that gets you moving a bit more, while still allowing you to enjoy the journey at a relaxed pace. Available in Westminster and in Kensington and Chelsea. 

Who is it suitable for?

How it works

Our programme is suitable for anyone who is either new to exercise or hasn’t exercised in a while and wants to increase their fitness, have fun and socalise. Our walking groups will help you to start a new exercise routine and will initiate both a lifestyle and behaviour change.

How to get involved

Sign up to our Move More programme and one of our Health Coaches will be in touch to get you started. You’ll have a personal chat about your current health first and get you signed up to get support from our certified coaches.
