A journey towards feeling better- Paula's story

Paula joined the One You Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster services, including Eat Well, Lose Weight, and Making Positive Change, during a time when she was struggling with her mental wellbeing and motivation.
“I was feeling very low and depressed before joining. I felt like I was putting in a lot of effort but not seeing any results, and eventually I just lost the motivation to keep trying.”
One You Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster (One You KCW) is a free health and wellbeing service that supports local residents to make positive, sustainable lifestyle changes. Through personalised one-to-one coaching, the service offers tailored support across a range of areas including healthy eating, weight management, physical activity, quitting smoking, and improving mental wellbeing.
“After talking to my Health & Wellbeing Coach, I started to feel better. I’ve slowly been able to do more exercise and take small steps forward, and that’s made a real difference to how I feel.”
