Emma joined the One You Kensington and Chelsea and Westminster Lose Weight service after being referred by her doctor due to high blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Determined to take control of her health, she began making positive lifestyle changes with the support of her Health & Wellbeing Coach.

“I joined the programme because my blood pressure and cholesterol were high, and my doctor recommended it. I wanted to lose weight, feel more energetic, sleep better, and improve my overall health.”

The One You KCW Lose Weight service supports residents to achieve and maintain a healthier weight through tailored, sustainable lifestyle changes. The programme provides personalised coaching, practical advice on nutrition and portion control, and guidance on increasing physical activity. With ongoing support and expert knowledge, participants are empowered to develop healthier routines that improve both physical health and overall wellbeing.
