How it works
The one-to-one Lose Weight programme has been designed by experts and is proven to help you lose weight in a safe and sustainable way.
You will find out more about nutrition, eating habits and how to be more active.
The aim is to help you change and sustain your healthy behaviour in order to reduce the risk factors associated with cardiovascular disease.
Your Health & Wellbeing Coach will use discussions, motivational techniques, practical exercises, and goal setting to help you change your eating and exercise behaviour. Some of the topics and contents can be chosen to best reflect your personal circumstances and needs.

Getting StartedIntroducing the programme, baseline measurements, establishing your goals and exploring what is to come.

Sessions 2-7:
Core TopicsYou select six sessions from four key themes: Insight, Routine, Rhythm and Balance. We also cover nutrition, physical activity and behaviour change.

Moving ForwardsTo review your goals, reflect on your progress and achievement and celebrate completing of the programme!

The aim is to help you change and sustain your healthy behaviour in order to reduce the risk factors associated with cardiovascular disease.
