How it works
The one-to-one Lose Weight programme has been designed by experts and is proven to help you lose weight in a safe and sustainable way.
You will find out more about nutrition, eating habits and how to be more active.
This programme helps you take care of your health by building better habits around food and exercise. These changes can lower your risk of heart problems like heart attacks, strokes, and high blood pressure.
Your Health & Wellbeing Coach will support you with helpful conversations, hands-on activities, and goal setting. You’ll learn what motivates you, try out simple ways to improve your lifestyle, and focus on what matters most to you.
We offer this service in a venue near you:

Getting StartedIntroducing the programme, baseline measurements, establishing your goals and exploring what is to come.

Core TopicsYou select six sessions from four key themes: Insight, Routine, Rhythm and Balance. We also cover nutrition, physical activity and behaviour change.

Moving ForwardsTo review your goals, reflect on your progress and achievement and celebrate completing of the programme!

The group Lose Weight programme is delivered through shared coaching sessions, designed to create a supportive environment and help you lose weight in a healthy and sustainable way. The aim is to help you change and sustain your healthy behaviour in order to reduce the risk factors associated with cardiovascular disease.
