How it works

Healthy Hearts and Minds will help you to discover techniques for improving and managing your mental wellbeing.

Your Health & Wellbeing Coach will work with you to develop stress management tools, learn mindfulness techniques and understand how to make sustainable changes to your lifestyle.

Each session covers a mix of educational content, goal setting, and practical strategies for making sustainable lifestyle changes.

  • One-to-one sessions with a Health & Wellbeing Coach

  • In person or online

  • 30/60 minutes session duration

  • One session per week for ten weeks

    Get Started

    Introducing the programme, establishing your goals, completing an initial assessment and discovering what areas you would like support with.

  • Sessions 2-6:
    Core Topics

    Support with your chosen behavioural change topics matched to your own needs and goals.

  • Session 7-10:
    Check-Ins

    Tracking your progress and helping you access further support where needed.
