How it works

Eat Well will help you change, improve and maintain your diet so that you eat more healthily.

This programme is for people who want to eat better or have low risk health problems. It helps you learn how to make healthier food choices and stick with them. This can lower your chances of heart problems like stroke or high blood pressure.

In each session, you’ll learn useful tips, set goals, and get advice on how to eat well. You’ll also have regular check-ins to help you stay on track and get support if things feel difficult.
