Eat Well
Eating a healthy, balanced diet is an important part of maintaining good health and can help you feel your best.
This means eating a wide variety of foods in the right proportions. It also means having the right amount of food and drink to reach and keep a healthy body weight.
Our Eat Well programme can help you.

How it works
Eat Well will help you change, improve and maintain your diet so that you eat more healthily.
This programme is for people who want to eat better or have low risk health problems. It helps you learn how to make healthier food choices and stick with them. This can lower your chances of heart problems like stroke or high blood pressure.
In each session, you’ll learn useful tips, set goals, and get advice on how to eat well. You’ll also have regular check-ins to help you stay on track and get support if things feel difficult.
