How it works

Eat Well will help you change, improve and maintain your diet so that you eat more healthily.

Our programme is designed for people who would benefit from improving what they eat or have low-risk health conditions. The aim is to help you change and sustain a healthier diet in order to reduce risk factors associated with cardiovascular disease.

Each session covers a mix of educational content, goal setting, and practical strategies for eating more healthily. Regular check-ins will help you stay on track and address any challenges you may face.

  • One-to-one sessions with a Health & Wellbeing Coach

  • In person or online

  • 15/30 minutes session duration Weeks one to six: 30 minutes, weeks seven to ten: 15 minutes

  • One session a week for ten weeks

What's included

  • Session 1:
    Getting Started

    Introducing the programme, baseline measurements, establishing your goals and exploring what is to come.

  • Sessions 2-6:
    Core Topics

    Healthy eating guidance, with each session tailored to your own needs. Your Health & Wellbeing Coach will use these session to help you build healthy habits and make sustainable changes, including reducing your consumption of processed foods.

  • Session 7-10:
    Check-Ins

    To review your goals, reflect on your progress and achievement, assess your physical activity levels and cardiovascular disease risk reduction and celebrate completing the programme!
