Each session covers a mix of educational content, goal setting, and practical strategies for making sustainable changes.

Drink Less will help you change and maintain your drinking habits, so you consume less alcohol.

Our programme is designed for people who would benefit from reducing the amount that they drink in order to improve their health. The aim is to sustain a healthier approach to drinking that will help to reduce risk factors associated with cardiovascular disease.

  • One-to-one sessions with a Health & Wellbeing Coach

  • In person or online

  • 30 minutes session duration

  • One session a week for ten weeks

What's included

  • Session 1:
    Getting Started

    Introducing the programme, a review of your drinking habits, establishing your goals and exploring your Drinks Diary.

  • Sessions 2-3:
    Core Topics and Check-Ins

    Support with your Drinks Diary and additional help with strategies and tips to maintain or increase your progress.

  • Session 4:
    Moving Forward

    To review your goals, reflect on your progress and achievement, further support to embed your change and celebrate completing the programme!
